We ( a group of 4 adults and 3 kids) had a really pleasant week at Jim's cabin. He is a very good host with a beautiful cabin in a nice location. We will miss the sunrise view at the lake and the good time we had there. Thanks, Jim. Michael A
Jim was a gracious host, we appreciate the time he took to familiarize us with all the amenities. Everything was top notch, we had everything needed to make this a great vacation. I enjoyed the fish cleaning shanty and was pleased I was able to clean walleye in it a few times, nothing better than fresh fish for dinner. The water being a few feet from the patio was the best part, sit and see eagles, listen to the loons. I even had a surprise visit from an otter early one morning. We were lucky to have a week of perfect weather. We enjoyed the cottage and the area so much we will come back. Stanley R
We were amazed when we arrived. Jim was waiting for us and showed us every detail of his home - now ours for a few days. The view was beautiful. The home was spotless. We had a fire on the patio each evening and enjoyed sitting outside right beside the beautiful lake. Linda L.
The entire family enjoyed our week in Eagle River. The cottage was clean and well-equipped. Jim went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. We took awesome boat rides and fished right from the pier. Kate C
We really enjoyed our stay at Loon Crest Haven! The property is in excellent condition and very well appointed. Jim went above and beyond to make sure that all of our questions were answered and that we had everything we needed for a great week. We spent most of our time out on the fabulous deck ... the views were amazing and we saw loons, eagles and ducks daily. I would highly recommend booking this property if you are looking for a peaceful, upscale place to stay in Eagle River. Amy C
We had a wonderful week on Catfish Lake. The house was very clean and everything looked brand new. Beds were comfortable which has always been an issue for us at other rental properties. Having only 1 bath was a little challenging at times in the morning but we quickly came up with a schedule. House states there are 3 bedrooms but could really be called 4 with 2 rooms having queen size beds, one room has 2 futons and the 4th had bunk beds. Plenty of room for the six of us as the teenagers loved the room with the futons. We spent a lot of time on the patio in the morning and evenings enjoying the view and the firepit (so close to the water). Jim and his wife were so nice they checked in on us with a phone call during the week to make sure everything was going ok. We brought a 21ft boat and 2 personal watercrafts. Jim made sure we were able to dock all of the watercraft. Debbie K

My wife and I currently live in northeast Wisconsin just south of Green Bay near Lake Michigan. I grew up in a small village in Wisconsin and my wife is a transplant from Texas. We enjoy boating, hiking, waterskiing, fishing, kayaking, and biking. As a child my family would vacation in Eagle River and I fell in love with the area as did my wife.
The moment my wife and I saw the view from the front window of the property we had to have it. When people arrive they always go "Wow" what a view! It's a hard place to leave. For any questions call us at 920-684-5302 Please note No Smoking, and No pets allowed in cottage. Limited parking next to cottage - 2-3 vehicles depending on there size.
