The Lodge Unit 8 is one of the four separate air conditioned units found in the Timber Breeze Lodge. The four units inside the lodge building are completely separate from each other with no adjoining rooms. The building faces the beach with beautiful views of the lake. Lodge Unit 8 (one of the four units in the lodge) is a cozy one bedroom rental with a kitchenette which provides a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and mini fridge. Very clean and rustic with knotty pine interior. Perfect for a romantic getaway!

Butternut Lake is a 1,006 acre Class A muskie lake…It provides some of the best year-round fishing opportunities in the area! Reel in muskie, walleye, crappie, perch and other fish species.
Unique resort amenities include a level-sandy beach area for swimming and sunbathing, a private boat launch, and snowmobile and ATV trails that connect to the property. Our resort even has it’s own restaurant and bar! Enjoy fine dining all while taking in the view of Butternut Lake.

When you stay in Butternut, not only do you have easy access to Butternut Lake, but you are also close to the Turtle Flambeau Flowage-around 19 thousand acres. Only a short drive away from Minocqua and Hayward. Also located just minutes away from the Chequamegon National Forest.

During the off-season, we rent our cabins on a nightly basis with a two night minimum stay. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 9:00 a.m. $250 non-refundable deposit is required for weekly guests. We DO NOT provide towels from Memorial Day - Labor Day.
