The Lodge at Timber Breeze Unit 7 is one of the four units in the building. Each of the units are separate from the other with no adjoining rooms. The Lodge faces the sandy beach area with views of Butternut Lake. Unit 7 contains two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a full size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Inside you will also find a full kitchen, open living room, knotty pine walls and a 3-season porch. This vacation rental is very clean with unique touches of “cabin” decor.
At the resort we pontoon rentals. Rent the pontoon for half the day, full day or full week. Cabin time here means spending time exploring Butternut Lake, just steps from The Lodge.
Our year-round resort is perfect for a family vacation, friends get-away, fishing trip, or a family reunion. Need more space? The Lodge at Timber Breeze has three other units (one and two bedrooms) for your guests to spread out.
Local seasonal events to keep in mind: The Flambeau 40 On-Road Bike Race, A Halloween Madness Parade and 5k run, Ruffed Grouse Fall Festival and the Kris Kringle Christmas Parade. Four seasons of recreational opportunities found at and around the Timber Breeze Resort.
Right at the Timber Breeze Resort is a Sports Bar. Join in for some cocktails on the deck or order dinner at the restaurant. The resort has an excellent atmosphere for a fun family vacation in Northern Wisconsin. The resort provides a secluded get-away yet nearby you can find shopping and endless recreational activities.
Snowmobile right from the cabin. With over 500 miles of groomed trails, this is a winter paradise! The Flambeau Trails system is perfect for ATV enthusiasts with approximately 55 miles of trails. Cross country skiing is also popular in the Butternut area.
Being next to Butternut Lake means you can enjoy fishing, swimming, boating, and sunbathing. If you plan to visit us in the fall, be prepared for the beautiful and vibrant autumn colors along with hunting opportunities. Hiking trails galore! Did you know that Butternut Lake is a 1,006 acre Class A muskie lake? Fishing any time of the year means catching muskie, walleye, crappie, perch and a variety of other different fish species.
Only a short drive away is Park Falls, Minocqua and Hayward. Park Falls is surrounded by 900,000+ acres of state, federal and county forests. In these forested areas, expect to find black bear, whitetail deer, timber wolves, badgers, loons, bald eagles, and the great blue herons. Many acres can be used as public hunting land with guide services available. Also close to the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest where there are endless trails of snowmobiling, ATVing, biking and hiking.

During the off-season, we rent our cabins on a nightly basis with a two night minimum stay. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 9:00 a.m. $250 non-refundable deposit is required for weekly guests. We DO NOT provide towels from Memorial Day - Labor Day.
