This immaculate, bright and airy lakefront home is yours for the week. You’ll be welcomed by a mix of white birch and towering pine trees that line our quiet bay as well as song birds, pileated woodpeckers, eagles, ducks and deer. Inside there are plenty of updates including new carpeting; a 40" flat panel TV with a DVD player and cable; and vaulted ceiling.
Enjoy the big deck, large yard leading to 200 feet of lake frontage, and great pan fishing from the private pier! Bring your boat, or use the free 14-foot fishing boat - a public boat ramp is five minutes away. Relax outside on the bench swing, lawn chairs, or grilling up a family feast. Afterward gather around a lakeside campfire sharing stories and laughter under some of the most beautiful starry skies you'll ever see.
Sleeping arrangements: Master bedroom has a queen bed; other bedroom has twin beds.
Enjoy panoramic views of Little St. Germain Lake from the wall of windows in the living room. Take a good book down the water's edge boathouse that offers additional space and is a perfect place to see eagles flying overhead.
Little St. Germain Lake is 980 acres and has seventeen miles of scenic shoreline with abundant musky, walleye, bass, northern pike and crappies. Plan on a fish fry or two:)
Bike or walk down Birchwood Drive to connect with the scenic St. Germain Bike & Hike Trail or the rugged Shannon Lake hiking trail. Access to the Boulder Junction/Crystal Lake Trail that runs along beautiful Trout Lake is a short drive away.
Exploring St. Germain and other area towns is a must! Abbott’s Lakeview Home is less than three miles to St. Germain and a short drive to Eagle River and Minocqua for great shopping and restaurants. Visitors love to snap up bargains and treasures at the St. Germain Flea Market that runs every Monday Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Trade your fishing poles in for golf clubs and head to the 18-hole St. Germain Golf Club or Plum Lake Golf Club in Sayner. Spring, summer and fall are great times to explore the Northwoods, where you can find things to do for all ages and skill levels.

Everything was just perfect, the cabin, the view and the lake. The boathouse is a great place to read. We will be back again, this place feels like home. – Family from Victoria, Minnesota
We had such a nice week at the cabin. I’ve never caught so many crappies and large-mouth bass before, I lost track after counting over 60 fish the first day. – Couple from Greenfield, Wisconsin

Paul and Linda Abbott have been enjoying the Northwoods for more than 25 years. They fell in love with this property -- and it's amazing lake views -- after seeing a 'for sale' sign while staying at a nearby resort Memorial Day weekend of 2004. Linda and Paul enjoy fishing, biking and all the area has to offer, and when they're not there, sharing it with their guests and creating memories that will last a lifetime.
