Tiger Cat Hideaway is located on a private lot at the end of a dead-end road, maximizing your privacy and quietude and minimizing traffic around your vacation spot. This secluded, two-story cabin sits on 2.3 acres, with a wide, sloping lawn and 189 feet of private shoreline on the Tiger Cat Flowage. Tiger Cat Hideaway offers 2,000 square feet of cozy cabin-style interior, with knotted pine and wide windows. The main living area features a cozy fireplace and comfortable lounge furniture, while the upper level offers a second open-recreation area with a telescope.
A large front deck is furnished with outdoor rocking chairs, while a screened-in porch offers more seating with a view. The expansive lawn is equipped with a fire pit. Guests are welcome to use the property’s provided kayaks and aluminum canoe.
Sleeping Arrangements: Tiger Cat Hideaway offers sleeping accommodations for eight guests in the form of three private bedrooms, a pull-out sofa sleeper and a futon. Two bedrooms are furnished with a king-sized bed each, and the third is furnished with two twin-sized beds. The Sofa Sleeper is located in the main-level living area, and the futon in the upstairs recreation room.
Tiger Cat Hideaway offers direct access to the Tiger Cat Flowage, a 1,020-acre chain of lakes known for excellent fishing and exciting to explore by boat. The flowage reaches depths of up to 30 feet, and is home to a variety of game fish such as musky, pan fish, walleye and bass.
Rental includes the use of a private dock, two kayaks and a canoe. Guests will love the outdoor offerings of this quiet cabin, from the porch and deck with outdoor seating, to the gas grills, fire pit and lawn furniture. The cabin’s private acreage offers plenty of room to run and play on the well-kept lawn, as well as swimming from the shoreline and fishing from the pier.
Tiger Cat Hideaway is located just 10 minutes by car from the town of Hayward, where guests can pay a visit to myriad tourist favorites, such as local shops and restaurants, homemade ice cream, equipment rentals and museums. Hayward is home to several acres of protected national forest land, and several hundred miles of nature trails. Visitors to the area can explore on foot or by recreational vehicle all year round, enjoying the changing seasons, the great views and natural features, and the abundant native wildlife.

Tiger Cat Hideaway peak season runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day, at a rate of $1,600 per week. During the off-season, rates lower to $1,400 per week. Contact the manager for daily rates during the off-season.
We require a deposit of 1/2 the rent + $79.13 booking fee. The balance + sales tax is due 21 days prior to your arrival. If you reserve within 4 weeks of arrival, we do require payment in full at time of reservation. A security deposit is a hold on your credit card during your stay - If no damage occurs during your stay, we release the hold. Check-in is 4:00 pm and check-out is 9:00 am
No additional charge for children 3 years of age or younger. Additional $25/per night or $175/per week + sales tax for additional guests.
