Osprey’s Roost at Krull’s Deer Path Resort is a two-bedroom vacation home with room for four on a large, private lot near Upper Buckatabon. The two-story cabin features an upper-level balcony and a lower-level, covered porch with lounge chairs, a picnic table and an outdoor grill.
This cozy Northwoods cabin has two large bedrooms with closets and dressers, ideal for unpacking and settling in for a full week. The two private rooms are furnished with a queen-sized bed each. One of the bedrooms also has an additional twin-sized bed.
The bedrooms are located on the upper floor of Osprey’s Roost, while the lower level is an open social space with a living room, full kitchen and dining room with four places. The living room has several comfortable chairs, a plush sofa and a brick hearth with a wood-burning stove.
Cabin rentals at Krull’s Deer Path Resort include the complimentary use of a 14-foot fishing boat and exclusive dock space with power outlet. Additional boats are available at a rate of $5.00 for the day or $25 for the week. Paddle boats, kayaks and canoes are available for guest use free of charge.
Firewood for both indoor fireplaces and outdoor fire pits are provided by the resort. We also supply Weber grills, fish cleaning station, bed linens, dish soap, trash bags, toilet paper and coffee filters.
Guest will need to bring their own charcoal, paper towels, kitchen towels, bath towels and beach towels.
Krull’s Deer Path Resort is located lakeside with shared docks and onsite boat rentals, in addition to the complimentary fishing boats and paddle boats we offer — so it’s no surprise that fishing, swimming and watersports are some of the primary activities enjoyed by our renters.
Upper Buckatabon Lake covers 493 acres with moderately clear water, and connects to Lower Buckatabon, offers plenty of space to paddle, fish and explore. These waters are full of largemouth and smallmouth bass, walleye, northern pike, musky and panfish.
The Northern Wisconsin, Conover and Vilas County area is a favorite destination for scenic drives and cranberry treats in fall. It is also lovely in winter. Stay at Krull’s Deer Path Resort and enjoy the scenery and the nature trails — open to hikers, bikers, snowmobiles and ATVs.
