REST AT THE BURRO TAIL LODGE
This modern, non-smoking cottage can accommodate 8-10 guests. The upper level sleeps 4-6, has 2 bedrooms, full bath, a full kitchen with a stove, microwave, and refrigerator. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, a full bath and a walkout to the lake.
Breathe in all the fresh country air your lungs can hold. Enjoy panoramic views of Deep Lake from inside Burro Tail Lodge or from its oversized deck. Sleep soundly in the peaceful setting it offers.
RELAX AT THE BURRO TAIL LODGE
A gentle slope leads to the clear lake. A perfect place for swimming or fishing. The cottage is close to several of the best trout streams in the country–The Brule River, Iron River, and the White River.
There are miles of scenic hikes right from the front doorstep and many more nearby. Free hiking, biking, ATV, and snowmobile maps are available when you check-in. It is a short drive to the CAMBA mountain bike trail.

Shopping and restaurants are nearby. You can dine-in, carryout, or delivery is available. For the avid golfer, there is an 9-hole golf course only 2 miles away.
The Burro Tail Lodge is located six miles from famous Brule River. About thirty minutes from the shores of Lake Superior. An easy drive to the Chequamegon National Forest, Duluth-Superior, Bayfield, the Apostle Islands, and Ashland.
