"We used RentWisconsinCabins.com to find a charming hidden gem of a cabin on the Cisco Chain-Big Lake and fell in love with everything about it and the area (Big Lake Cisco Chain Cabin); great fishing and snowmobile trails, cross country skiing, wilderness areas, fun shops in Boulder Jct and Land O Lakes, great restaurants nearby and the area chamber of commerce had an events calendar that had activities all year long. The days we spent flew by and we plan to visit this cabin again soon!
The cabin on Big Lake was reasonably priced, tastefully decorated, exceptionally clean with all the modern comforts of home. Very private and quiet, right on the lake (there were some rentals nearby but not ON the lake), a great screened porch for when the mosquitoes make their nightly appearance (it is Wisconsin after all!). It shows that the owners take pride in this cabin-everything is well-cared for and they were very helpful with any questions we had. Especially nice was the fishing hotspot tips! This would be a great place to rent with another couple or with the kids. Thanks for a great visit to Big Lake, Mike and Bonnie—we’ll be back!
