These homes were built in 1946 using locally sourced cedar, and were recently remodeled to include modern comforts while preserving the original layout and offering the simplicity of a traditional Door County vacation. As a Certified Wisconsin Travel Green Business, Terra Cottages is committed to the preservation of Door County's unique natural resources and the environment. We use only biodegradable and non-toxic cleaning products. Recycling and composting are provided and encouraged. Sophie is committed to sustainable practices as well as the planting of native plants beneficial for pollinators.
