The 10-Person Lakeside Villa gives you lots of private space to spread out and fully enjoy all the Delton Oaks Resort amenities on the shores of beautiful Lake Delton. The three bedroom/two bath lakefront vacation home has HD TV’s in the master bedroom and bunk bed room with 50+ channel cable connection. Free Wi-Fi too. You’ll certainly want to dine in the spacious screened porch with relaxing views of Lake Delton just steps away. The resort’s sandy beach, pier, and fire pit are literally right outside your door.
Two bedrooms have queen beds; the third bedroom has a combined full bed/twin bunk - perfect for children. Two leather sleeper sofas in the living room offer stunning views of the lake during the day and additional sleeping spaces at night for a total of 10 guests at the Villa. Each registered guest gets a daily “free” pass to Noah’s Ark, making this rental a real family vacation value in the “waterpark capitol of the world.”
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, silverware, dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, and pots and pans. The dining room table in the screened in porch seats 6. Towels and linens are provided, but bring your own beach towels. The resort has guest laundry facilities for your use.
Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1 - queen bed; Bedroom 2 - queen bed; Bedroom 3 - full bed and twin bunk bed; two sleeper sofas in the living room.
The Lakeside Villa gives you the privacy of your own vacation home AND all the amenities of the Delton Oaks Resort. Free use of the resort’s sandy beach with swimming raft, a children’s playground, piers, picnic tables, a community fire pit for those evening campfires, paddle boats, paddle boards, and kayaks are all included in the rental fee.
Free use of the resort’s outdoor pool (heated to 80-degrees) and those free Noah’s Ark tickets for each registered guest for each day of your rental makes this a real deal.
Lake Delton is a popular spot for angling for panfish, Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike, Walleye and Catfish. You can bring your own boat, launch it at one of the public boat launches nearby, and tie up for free at the resort’s pier. Bring your personal watercraft and get up close and personal with the lake.
You can’t come to the Wisconsin Dells area without seeing some of its natural beauty. Take a scenic boat tour up the Wisconsin River and see ancient red sandstone cliffs and spectacular geological formations carved out by the river. Whether on a jet boat or on a leisurely sunset cruise, you find beautiful surroundings that engage all ages with a sense of timelessness. Zip line, horseback ride, or enjoy hiking trails through the surrounding woods and ferns. The Dells is truly a vacation destination that offers entertainment and recreation for everyone.

A 1-night deposit is due at the time you make your reservation. Remaining balance due must be paid in full at check-in with either cash or credit card. You must present a valid credit card at check-in, even if you intend to pay with cash. All major credit cards are accepted.
Cancellations received at least 72 hours in advance of check-in, deposit will be refunded less a $30 processing fee. Cancellations received less than 72 hours in advance of scheduled check-in are not eligible for any refund. No refunds for early departure.
We had a great time at Delton Oaks Resort! The location is great! We stayed in a traditional lodge room with two beds. The room had a sink and some dishes provided along with a mini refrigerator and coffee maker. The rooms have been newly renovated and the building recently painted. You can tell the new owners have put a lot of time and effort into making this place nice. We had access to charcoal grills and picnic tables. The lake was only a very short walk across a dead end (not busy) road. The beach was GREAT! The ability to use kayaks and paddle boards were a plus for the kids. Jenny S
I went here with my parents brothers uncle and cousin and we all had fun. We got to get in a boat on a lake, watch the water show, swim, grill. I really enjoyed the trip and I can't wait to go back one day. It was worth what my parents paid 100% and we definitely recommend it. Vianey M
