What do you say to a 5,000 sq ft home with a pristine bay (450 ' of lake frontage) out the front door? Get ready for some serious boating, skiing, sandy lake bottom swimming, and fishing on Lake Tomahawk. All ages will enjoy our 500 sq ft lake lounge/party room that sits right on the waters edge with southwest exposure for memorable sunsets.
Sleeping arrangement: 3 bedrooms on the upper level. A master with glassed in shower, a king and a full sleeper sofa. The second room with a king & bathroom. The third room, queen with bathroom. Third floor TV room has a full size futon. Lower level has a second family room with a queen sleeper sofa, and two very large bunk rooms. One has a full over queen bunk, a twin over twin bunk, a full bed and a day bed. The other has 2 twin over full bunks and a day bed with trundle for a king size.
The lake side fire is right on the waters edge - a great place to end the day or for morning fires. Enjoy our two docks, one for swimming and the other with a large sitting deck area for plenty of boat tie up as Tomahawk lake is part of the Minocqua Chain of Lakes.
The two family rooms have TVs along with the 3 top floor bedrooms along with the upstairs TV room also with a great view of the bay. Plenty of room for groups too - over sized kitchen with with full dining table along with eight bar stools, plus a dining and family room. Lake front party room, ping pong up stairs ; family room on each level; two bars; 6 TVs; Hi Speed wi-fi; two outside picnic areas; extra large gas grill.
Take the lake trail along our bay right into Lake Tomahawk village for some dining, snacking or just shopping, or drive the few minutes into Minocqua for all their area attractions. There is a Park, swim area and pavilion at the end of the bay next to the village. Attend the famous Monday night Snowshoe Softball games, and take some time to hike or biking the Clear Lake trails nearby. The state hiking/biking trail is right across the road from the house.
We have a swimming raft for all and plenty of life jackets for those that just want to bob around on the water in the 16 ft fishing boat or canoe.
The fun is just beginning when the snow flies. We are in a premiere ice fishing bay and right next to the main snowmobile trail. Great snowmobiling, cross-county skiing and snowshoeing right from the rental.
