My husband and I have been searching for the perfect property to take our 4 children (ages 14, 15, 21, 25 and a newly added son in law.) over the past 6 years. We have used Cottage Keeper 5 of the last 6 years. They are very professional and have addressed issues with speed. This was by far the best property, with the perfect mix of features. The property is private and well laid out. The fire pit is situated very near the water. The screened in porch, proved to be a serious asset on a rainy day. The oversized table was a bonus at dinner time. Fishing was great right off the private dock. The water is about 6 feet deep just off the dock and dropped to 20 feet about 25 feet out.
