Looking for an amazing chain of lakes vacation? We have 1,056 feet of shoreline on the Eagle River Chain of Lakes - the largest inland chain of freshwater lakes in the world! Our 1.5 acre paradise is on Voyageur Lake! The lake house has picture windows with outstanding water views. The western exposure provides sun all day and unforgettable sunsets.
Plan on spending part of your spring through fall vacation on the large screened porch 30 feet from the waters edge where you can watch kids swim. Plan on spending winter days gliding across the snow, this is the Snowmobile Capital of the World® after all! At the end of the day, cozy up next to the stone fireplace.
The head chef will love the kitchen: Big selection of utensils, a range, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee-maker. Eat-in Kitchen with new appliances.
Sleeping arrangement: One bedroom with lake view: sleeps 3 and has a queen bed plus a twin bed. Second bedroom also has lake view and sleeps 4. Queen bed plus 1 bunk bed.
A Voyageur View has water on 3 sides because it’s on a peninsula. We have your on-water fun covered too! Guests can use the canoe, rowboat with paddles, (2) private docks, life-jackets, and beach towels. Since you book directly with me (Rick Wilde), I can tell you more about the cabin, the chain, and the area.
Looking for a unique Eagle River activity? Take a trail ride from Tribute Brewing Company to the Three Lakes Winery and back. What’s great about Eagle River is that you can do your own “family” thing. Stop in at the Northwoods Children’s Museum.
On the water: walleye and musky fishing, waterskiing, tubing, boating. Off the water: Explore woodland trails in the Nicolet National Forest, go horseback riding. During the winter season: The northwoods is crawling with snowmobiles, snowshoes, x-country ski fans - and you can do all 3 from this Eagle River cabin. Nearby, you can downhill ski. In any direction, nature plays a very active role in your cabin time!
If your fishing luck runs out, head to 2 casinos within 45 miles of Eagle River. If you like filling your vacation days with regional activities, here area a few annual favorites: WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP SNOWMOBILE DERBY; POND HOCKEY CHAMPIONSHIPS; JOURNEYS MARATHON; MEMORIAL DAY ARTS AND CRAFTS SHOW; UP NORTH BEERFEST; CANOE AND KAYAK RACE; MUSKY TOURNAMENT TRAIL; PAUL BUNYAN FEST; UTV & ATV DERBY; CRANBERRY FEST.

It keeps getting better and better. Our 4th year stay (too bad we had to miss last summer). All of the details were taken care of for us. Thanks for the notes, coffee, and wine. Your cleaning person is SO good. If you ever sell this place, please call us! - The Mooks
We loved the house. Super clean. Breathtaking views. Flat-land property which my father and mother loved as it was so easy to walk around. Everything was very high end. Thank you, Rod.
I came to Voyageur View with my two sons and daughter for the first time. Wanted to come in the summer, but the whole summer was booked already. I can now see why. The house was extremely clean with nice little touches throughout and was equipped with absolutely anything you could possibly need. I have never stayed on a peninsula before, the views were fantastic in all directions. When the kids went off into town, I walked the perimeter of the property, over and over, just listening to the sounds of nature. I could have done this all day long!! We had a tremendous long weekend. Frank
The house is very well appointed with everything being fresh and CLEAN. We really used the new kitchen this year, cooking most of our dinners at HOME. Danny
