The cabin is located in a peaceful, rural area but with all the amenities of a city home. The open-concept kitchen is fully stocked and invites you to cook with family and friends. The living room has a big-screen TV, a Smart TV, and a DVD player with a wide selection of movies to choose from. The entertainment on the 2nd floor includes a flat-screen TV and an Xbox One console with games.
This place is ideal for fishing, hunting, ATVing, snowmobiling, golfing, or just relaxing and having fun. It is about 40 minutes from Wisconsin Dells and 20 minutes from Wisconsin Rapids. There are various public ATV/snowmobile trails nearby. Lake Petenwell is one of the largest lakes in Wisconsin. There are several boat launches nearby for those looking to spend time on the water.
The cabin is located about 15-20 minutes from the nearest town and grocery stores. We encourage you to come prepared with food and a full tank of gas. Free WiFi internet service is available, but your speed may vary as it is in a rural area. Cellular reception can be spotty depending on your carrier.
The cabin is licensed with the Wood County Wisconsin Health Department. It is a log home with 3 private acres of retreat, secluded from any people with premium privacy. It is located near Petenwell Lake, within walking distance of the lake and a public hiking trail. It is about a 5-minute drive from Petenewell Lake State Park Boat Launch. It is about 45 minutes from the Dells.
