The main level at Big Pine offers a social central living space, with a large, fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a large living room with a river rock hearth and wood-burning stove. You will enjoy the screen porch where you can sip coffee and watch the sunrise. Main Level has a large screen smart TV and Roku with Utube Streaming TV, Netflix and Amazon. There is DSL internet which is sufficient for the streaming on the tv and other internet needs.
Three bedrooms at this cozy Minocqua cabin are located on the upper level, with plenty of storage space so you can unpack and make yourself at home. The master and second bedroom are furnished with queen sized beds. These two rooms overlook the lake. The third bedroom has a twin-sized trundle bed.
The lower level at Big Pine has a set of bunk beds and a second sitting area. This level walks out to a lakeside patio with lighted blue stone steps meandering down to a lakeside wood deck, fire pit and boat dock.
Big Pine Northwoods cabin is full of little extras that put your vacation experience here over the top. The large, circle drive makes coming and going stress-free, and provides off-street parking. The master bedroom has its own smart TV, equipped with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The upstairs bath is undergoing a total renovation this year and has a shower. There is a full basement bathroom with a very large shower.
PLEASE NOTE COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS: We are licensed by the Oneida County Health Department and have instructed our cleaners to perform turnover cleaning per their recommendations.
Our cabin property is private and wooded, with approximately 2 acres located right on the lakefront and another 10 acres across the road from the cabin. Enjoy time out in the backyard, with lake views, beautifully maintained landscaping, comfortable deck areas, an outdoor grill and a fire pit for s’mores and cookouts.
Big Pine includes the use of an aluminum boat dock with electricity for charging boat batteries. Lake Shishebogama is a great hub of water activity in the area, perfect for wading and swimming with young children or boating, fishing and tubing or water skiing.
These waters cover nearly 1,000 acres and are a known habitat for walleye, musky, bass and northern pike. We provide a 14-foot aluminum rowboat, two kayaks and a canoe for use during your stay, to help get you out on the water!
This cabin is close to downtown Minocqua, where you can find unique restaurants, gift shops and pubs, as well as seasonal live music and entertainment. If weather or other circumstances leave you stuck indoors, enjoy a 50-inch smart HDTV with satellite, Netflix and a lower level television dedicated to Nintendo Wii.

Guests are welcome to check into Big Pine cabin at 3:00 pm, with check out by 10:00 am.
Regular season $325.00 per night plus $250.00 cleaning fee, state and local tax of 11%, 4 night minimum in off season. High Season mid June to Labor Day is $3500.00 per week plus $250.00 cleaning fee, 11% state and local tax. Saturday to Saturday weekly stay required.
$500 deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your reservation. This will become the security deposit at the time of rental and will be returned if no damage.
The full amount of rent is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a refund of the rent paid but the security deposit will be refunded to you only if we are able to re-rent at the full rental rate;
No refund if cancellation is within the 60 days after rent is paid.
One dog only MAY be considered upon owner's approval. No puppies .The dog fee is $200 per week prorated for shorter stays.
The dog fee is taxable.
