This new construction Golf Cottage has an open concept great room with 60” streaming TV, Gas Fireplace, SS appliances and dining area. New furniture is awaiting your arrival. LVP throughout the entire golf cottage. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight. Two large 8’sliding patio doors with large windows flood the space with natural light and lead you outside to a 20’ x 60’ outdoor deck.
The deck is furnished with a dinning table and chairs, seating for eight. A New gas grill, and other lounge chairs and tables . Enjoy the large outdoor wood burning fire pit area for an evening with friends.
