Fully furnished 4-6 person cabin on a beautiful peninsula is the perfect Northwoods getaway! It is very private, just a few feet away from the lake, and surrounded by water and state forest land. The beautiful large deck has a patio table, chairs and lounge chairs looking out onto the lake. Roast marshmallows over the campfire, fish off your private pier, and prepare your meals using our charcoal grill or fully furnished kitchen! The cabin has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, and the other has a daybed/pull out trundle looking out onto the lake. The living room has a full-size pull-out couch, and a pull-out twin sized bed from a chair. The remodeled pine bathroom has a walk-in shower. Enjoy the TV with DVD player/antenna and wifi on those days where you need a break from all the nature! A fishing boat, a paddleboat, and kayaks are included in your rental!
This cabin is fully furnished, including a coffee pot with filters, microwave, blankets, sheets and pillows. You will need to bring all towels, washcloths, paper products, food, charcoal etc. Please see our policies for the full list of items that we provide, and the list of items you are encouraged to bring to ensure your trip is unforgettable!
Little Carr Lake is 52 acres, and 30 feet deep. It is perfect fishing for panfish, largemouth, and walleye. There is a private boat launch to Little Carr Lake at the Cottage on the Point cabin. If you are looking for a larger lake for your boating activities, the Lake Tomahawk boat landing (which connects to the Minocqua chain), is just a short mile away from the cabin, allowing you to trailer to your boating destination for the day.
During our peak season (mid-June to mid-August), we offer Saturday to Saturday rentals (7 night minimum). During our off-peak season (mid-May to mid-June and mid-August to late September), we offer 3 night minimum rentals. Re-book for the following year within 30 days of your departure date of the current year and get 5% off next year’s rates!

Our lake is 52 acres, 30 feet deep. Fish for crappie, blue gill, bass, northern, and clean your day's catch at the fish cleaning station right off your cottage. You can bring your own boat (16' max) and launch it right at the cabin or use fishing boat provided to you on the lake.
Your cabin includes a fully furnished kitchen, TV with Antenna and DVD player, bedding, aluminum fishing boat, firepit, charcoal grill, a paddleboat, kayaks, and life jackets.
You are encouraged to bring towels (kitchen, bath, beach), napkins, paper plates, other kitchen items (i.e., extra paper towels), bathroom items (i.e, extra toilet paper), groceries, firewood, charcoal and lighter, beach toys, DVD's, and personal items.
We are located two miles from Lake Tomahawk (connected to the Minocqua chain of lakes), where you can visit the world famous meat market, ice cream parlor, and a number of fantastic restaurants. You can even purchase your last minute groceries or bait supplies! Don't forget to stop by for Snowshoe Baseball every Monday night during the summer (game starts at 7:30 pm, last game is early September).
We are eight miles from Minocqua (great for picking up perishable groceries upon your arrival), 15 miles from St. Germain, and a scenic 20 mile drive from Eagle River. Enjoy restaurants, shopping, golf courses, horseback riding, biking trails, water ski shows, casinos, lumberjack shows, and so much more!

Peaceful, Clean Cottages on a Quiet Lake: We have been coming to Hurley's for years, and it's quiet, peaceful, clean, with well maintained cottages that are just a few steps from the lake. There is an on-site manager, docks, rowboats for fishing, a pontoon boat for rent, outdoor grills, and the owner is a pleasure to deal with. It's just five minutes from a small town, Lake Tomahawk, and about 20 minutes from Minocqua (tourist stuff, water ski show, larger grocery stores, antiques, dining overlooking the lake). They have a robust website that includes photos, descriptions of each cottage, pricing, and availability. hurleyshideaway.com. We wouldn't come back year after year unless we loved the place.
Hidden Gem: This is a great little hidden gem on Little Carr Lake. The cottages are very nice, the water in the lake is clear. There is paddle boats, row boats, piers and a fire pit. Just minutes away from Minocqua. Very peaceful and quiet.
