Fox Den Cabin is a cozy, Northwoods cabin located in Eagle River, Wisconsin. The cabin is perfect for families or groups of friends looking to relax and enjoy the great outdoors. The property is unique in that it is close to the heart of Eagle River, yet it is heavily wooded and secluded and perfect for your nightly bonfire and stargazing experience. It is not on the water but is priced affordably to get you in the area. The property is extremely trailer friendly and the boat launch is just a short drive down the road.
The cabin is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a well-appointed kitchen, dining area, living room with spiral staircase to the loft, and one bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, including a stove, oven, full sized refrigerator, and microwave. The living room has cozy furniture, TV with DISHnet, and DVD player. Wifi is available. The dining area has a table that can seat up to six people. The bedrooms are both furnished with queen-size beds, and there are 2 twin beds in the loft.
The cabin is located on a quiet, wooded lot. There is a large deck with a gas grill and fire pit. The deck is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Friendly deer are abundant for your photography and viewing pleasure.
Summer rentals (June/July/August) are all Sunday-Sunday rentals
Fox Den Cabin is the perfect place to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, but yet close to all Eagle River has to offer. We are not located on water, nor is there a water view, however we are close to the Chain of Lakes and other area lakes. In addition, our drive is very trailer friendly, with plenty of space to park your trailers. The Fox Den is conveniently located just down the road from the T-docks boat launch, which will get you onto the Eagle River Chain of Lakes.
Fox Den Cabin is located close to many of the area's attractions, including the Eagle River Chain of Lakes, World Class musky fishing tournaments, the snowmobile Derby Complex, the Eagle River Hockey and Sports Arena which hosts the Wisconsin Windigo Hockey team, Cranberry Fest, Vilas Co. Fairgrounds, the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest, Bond Falls, Eagle River golf course, mini-golfing, horseback riding, and go-cart racing. The cabin is also pet-friendly (up to 2 dogs). Bring your ATV/UTV in the summer and fall, or snowmobiles in the winter, and access the trail systems right from our driveway.
In the summer, jump onto the Eagle River Chain of Lakes and enjoy endless hours of boating, fishing for that trophy musky or walleye. Hike nearby lakes trails and photograph amazing waterfalls in the area. Take your UTVs and explore miles of trails. Take a ride on the Pirate ship which launches from the Pirates Hideaway and Tiki Bar. In the winter, go snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing or attend a Windigo Hockey game. No matter what time of year you visit, you're sure to have a memorable stay at Fox Den Cabin.
