This Hancock Lake home is a Traditional Northern Wisconsin lake home that overlooks beautiful 250 acre Hancock Lake! It is surrounded by a nice wooded area with lots of trees - watch for the bald eagles soaring above and other abundant wild life. You’ll never forget hearing the call of the loons while sitting around the fire pit into the evening.
The living room is a relaxing area with a TV, fireplace and lots of windows and a patio door that opens to a large deck overlooking the lake. If you are looking for a charming, clean, spacious, comfortable place to stay that is close to everything, for a reasonable rate, this is the place for you!
Sleeping arrangement: Two bedrooms on the upper floor and one on the lower floor. One bedroom has one full bed and a twin bed the other bedroom on the upper floor has one full bed. The lower level bedroom has two full beds. The lower level also has two full size sofas in the lower living room. Two full bathrooms.
Unique Features
The large eat in kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a vacation. The lower living room provides extra space and features a walk out patio. Outside on the deck are relaxing chair, a table, and a charcoal grill.
Things To Do
In the heart of Wisconsin's Northwood is where you’ll find gorgeous views, and the outside adventure is truly year round. Spring through Fall the Bear Skin is a popular biking and hiking trail.
This Home on Hancock Lake is located about half way between Rhinelander and Tomahawk and about 20 miles south of Minocqua. Hancock lake is well know for the elusive musky and is plentiful in bass, northern pike, pan fish, perch and walleye. Maybe your family prefers a lazy ride around the lake; we have a paddle boat available for guest use and a pontoon boat available for weekly rental.
This home is very comfortable and pleasant.

Pontoon Boat Rate: $850/week Oil to mix with gas provided.
Additional Pet fee of $100/wk. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Would prefer Rentals from Friday to Friday. Other Days will be considered
Cancelation Policy:
Deposit non-refundable if canceled within 60-days of reservation.
Firewood onsite is not included in Rental. If used a fee of $250 will be deducted from security deposit.
