In the heart of Vilas Country is a paved trail system that is over 45 miles long! Other trails in the area include the Awassa Preserve Hiking Trail, Fern Ridge Trail and the Shannon Lake Trail. Along with hiking and biking, St. Germain provides plenty of family fun activities such as geocaching, Northwoods Zip Line tours and going to the Northwoods Children’s Museum.
Since we are open year-round, this means you have the chance to visit us during the winter months! Winter here is filled with snowmobiling, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, sledding, snowshoeing and ice skating. Practically right out the front door in the popular Bo-Boen snowmobile trail.
