Found Lake is a 326-acre lake just 4 ½ miles north of St. Germain. The lake offers plenty of room for summer boating activities and enjoys a reputation for good fishing. Crappies and bass are plentiful as well as a healthy population of Musky, Northern Pike, and Walleye. However, Found Lake maintains a bit of remoteness, making it much quieter than other well-known lakes in St. Germain. Simply put, Found Lake offers the fishing and boating activities you are looking for, yet there isn’t overcrowding associated with other lakes.

Check in was great. They had some nice notes, towels, and coupons for us. The place was very clean and well furnished. We had great weather. The yard is nice, but watch for ruts that one of us twisted an ankle on. The canoe was very nice. The row boat was quite difficult to use. The paddle boat leaked, so we could not use it. Fishing wasn't any good for us. (We did very well at another lake.) Loved the view, TV, kitchen, bathrooms, beds, showers. Parents reported pump noise in master BR, but we were fine in our bedroom. My husband and I enjoyed out week in the north woods. My grandchildren are at summer camp close by and they were able to spend time with us there during visiting weekend.
