Arbutus is a 2-bedroom year-round cabin is located waterfront on private Kathan Lake. The cabin is cozy, clean, and comfortable and offers a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, large screened in porch, individual fire pit, charcoal grill, and picnic table. Carpeted living room and bedrooms. Rowboats, Paddleboat's, Canoes, Kayaks and Paddleboards are also included with your stay.
On-site bar & grill (separately managed and currently closed and for sale), pet friendly, steps from ice-fishing, and located directly on the intersection of the Eagle River and Sugar Camp snowmobile trails!
A former resort, but now with privately owned cabins, with an on-site bar & grill. The lakeside cabins are spaced graciously apart, and Kathan Lake offers no public access. Very private!
Onsite there is a bar & grill, horseshoe pit, volleyball court, playground, fishing. Close to hiking & biking trails. In the winter, enjoy snowmobile access & ice fishing.
Offsite, we are only minutes from Eagle River, St. Germain, Rhinelander, Minocqua, Three Lakes, & Land O’Lakes. Enjoy the golf courses, horseback riding, go-karts, shopping, water park, brewery, winery, museums, antique/thrift shops, casinos, rafting/canoeing on the Wisconsin River, and activities on the chain of 28 lakes.
