This 3-bedroom year-around cabin is located waterfront on private Kathan Lake. The cabin is cozy, clean, and comfortable and offers a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, large screened in porch, individual fire pit, charcoal grill, and picnic table. Carpeted living room and bedrooms, knotty-pine interior walls. Pet friendly. On-site bar & grill (separately managed).
Our 5-cabin resort, with on-site bar & grill, is family owned and operated. We offer many amenities free-of-charge to keep your vacation affordable. You will not incur additional charges to use a rowboat, canoe, or paddleboat. Our lakeside cabins are spaced graciously apart, and Kathan Lake offers no public access. Very private!
Onsite there is a bar & grill, horseshoe pits, volleyball/basketball courts, playground, fishing, hiking & biking. In the winter, enjoy snowmobile access & ice fishing.
Offsite, we are only minutes from Eagle River, St. Germain, Rhinelander, Minocqua, Three Lakes, & Land O’Lakes. Enjoy the golf courses, horseback riding, go-karts, shopping, water park, brewery, winery, museums, antique/thrift shops, casinos, rafting/canoeing on the Wisconsin River, and activities on the chain of 28 lakes.

The normal rental period in the months of June, July, and August is weekly, from Saturday-Saturday. However, beginning June 1, a 3-night minimum reservation will be accepted if a unit is still available within 14 days of your requested check-in date.
Additional Charges:
Pet Fee: $25/day per pet or max $100/week. No more than 2 pets allowed per cabin. 2 dogs = $35/day or $150/week
$25 per day for each guest over the normal capacity
DEPOSIT: A 40% deposit is required by credit card or Paypal. The remainder of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival by credit card or Paypal. Rates are subject to 5.5% sales tax and 3% in processing fees.
CANCELLATION: We will refund your deposit, less a $50 processing fee, only if we are able to fill the canceled cabin.
