This 2-bedroom seasonal cabin is located waterfront on private Kathan Lake. The cabin is cozy, clean, and comfortable and offers a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, individual firepit, charcoal grill, and picnic table. Carpeted living room and bedrooms.
Free use of rowboats, a canoe, and a paddleboat.
Onsite there are horseshoe pits, volleyball/basketball courts, and a playground shared with four other cabins. Offsite, we are only minutes from Eagle River, St. Germain, Rhinelander, Minocqua, Three Lakes, & Land O’Lakes. Enjoy the golf courses, horseback riding, go-karts, shopping, water park, brewery, winery, museums, antique/thrift shops, casinos, rafting/canoeing on the Wisconsin River, and activities on the chain of 28 lakes.

DEPOSIT: A 40% deposit is required by credit card or Paypal. The remainder of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival by credit card or Paypal. Rates are subject to 5.5% sales tax and 3% in processing fees.
CANCELLATION: We will refund your deposit, less a $50 processing fee, only if we are able to fill the canceled cabin.
“Quiet, Kid Friendly, and Amenities made our stay relaxing and memorable” We just got back from our stay at Kathan's Inn and Resort. We stayed in the cabin Fern and thought it was the best cabin on the resort because of its beautiful scenic view from the living room and its easy access to the lake and small sandy beach. We have a 1year old and it was the perfect size for us! We felt the cabin was worth the price! It was clean ( awesome pillows..bonus), the view and quite nature of the resort was great. There is a play ground, paddle boat, and row boat. There is a small bar and grill but we never tried it out. Looked popular from the cars but never got loud. We enjoyed the fire pit and grill. The kitchen has just enough to get by but I would suggest bringing a few more forks, a small cookie sheet, and a sauce pan with lid as well as other kitchen accessories like tin foil and plastic containers for left overs. It was sunny and buggy but just come prepared. The weather was perfect for us but ranged from 34degrees at night to 80degrees during the day on the lake. friendly golden retriever that roams the resort and barks occasionally.
