Discover Chatham Hills, a beautifully renovated group rental in Ephraim's historic district. Nestled in the charming village of Ephraim, this property offers 26 acres of well-maintained hiking trails. Accommodating up to 30 guests, it's an ideal choice for family reunions, group trips, and intimate weddings.
Chatham Hills can sleep up to 30 people comfortably! Our home is the perfect place to stay for extended vacations or during the holiday break. We do allow dogs but there will be an additional fee of $50 per night. The layout of the home is very open with tons of natural light seeping through every corner. (letting in tons of natural light)
We have a fully stocked renovated kitchen at your disposal, that has tons of countertop space and wiggle room for multiple people to be in the kitchen at once. The dining room table is perfectly set up for your convenience, ready for the feast! We also have a coffee bar for you too!
The living room area has a massive comfy couch that all of the guests can sit on together, a fireplace, and a TV!
Unique Features
Chatham Hills has a spacious backyard and plenty of room for the kids to run out and play! We also provide an Adventure shed for all of our guests! The Adventure Shed includes bikes, ice hockey gear, fishing gear, kid’s toys, outdoor games, grills, coolers, kayaks and so much more! We want to make sure that you have a blast with us and never run out of things to do!
We’ve also renovated the lower level of the main house to turn it into a game room. There’s a bumper pool table, an arcade machine, a professional dart board, and even a second kitchen! Who wouldn’t want a double kitchen?!

The beauty of choosing to stay with us is that there is always going to be something fun for you and your guests to do! There are tons of nearby attractions that will make the commute from place to place easier and less stressful.
For some friendly competitive fun with the family, check out Red Putter Mini Golf! They even have really cool merchandise that you can purchase after you play as well!
Now if you are looking for an activity that is a little more thrilling, stop by Wisconsin Water Wings! Here you will be able to not only see breathing-taking views but parasail too! They offer multiple services which include, a low ride, a medium ride, or a high ride!
If you are in the mood to go boating or just want to be in the water head over to South Shore Pier Boat Rental. They’ve been around for years and know exactly what they are doing! The employees will guide you and make sure you and your guests have a safe and fun experience while being out on the water!
