Located on 2.4 acres of private land, The Lighthouse is a waterfront 6-bedroom, 3.5-bath rental home. We also have a loft attached to the property as well! Our home can comfortably sleep up to 28 guests with room for additional guests. The Lighthouse comes complete with 5 decks, a commercial grade kitchen, 6000 sq ft of living space, and waterfront views from every room. This rental is the perfect place to have a unique family reunion during the summertime or during the holiday season!
In our kitchen, there is a lot of counter space and ample seating at the bar. We have a huge refrigerator, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, and 2 sinks all at your disposal! There is also plenty of room in the walk-in pantry to store food and snacks during your stay! We will provide all cooking utensils, pots, pans, dish-ware, silverware, and more! We have two massive living room areas with a fireplace and on the lower level, you’ll discover a 100-inch projector screen and more comfortable seating!
Bedroom 1 is the master suite that has a gorgeous view of the water. This room also has a private deck, a queen bed, and an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi-style bathtub. Bedroom 2 has two queen beds, plenty of space, and a bathroom located a few steps away from the room. Bedroom 3 has a water view, 2 queen beds, and an attached bathroom. Bedroom 4 has two queen-over-queen bunk beds. A sleeper sofa, a queen pull-out couch, and tons of wiggle room! Bedroom 5 has two queen-over-queen bunk beds and an additional queen bed. Bedroom 6 is located on the ground level with a stunning view of the lake and a king and queen size bed!
We will provide high-quality linens, blankets, and pillows for your comfort upon your arrival!
There is a laundry room with brand-new appliances! This includes two washers & dryers and a large utility sink! No need to overpack since you can simply wash the clothes you bring and wear them again!
The Lighthouse rental home will make you feel like you stepped into a completely different world! There is tons of space outside to roam around on our walking trails and you will be able to enjoy waterfront views in each room of the house! We also have a private tennis/basketball court, and we provide rackets and basketballs for you! You will also be able to enjoy our adventure shed with items such as fishing gear, kayaks, bikes, and more!
Relax on the private pebble beach that is perfect for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and whatever else your heart desires!
Our property is near so many local fun attractions that you and your guests can enjoy/discover while you are here with us!
The fire & Ice festival will be happening this February 17th-18th. You will be able to see some amazing ice sculptures done by local artists all for free! There will be other winter activities that you can do while viewing the work as well! In addition to warm hot chocolate, the festival will offer free refreshments all day long!
Coming up next is the ST Patrick’s Day Parade! There will be decorated floaties, live entertainment, and more! This would be perfect to go to in the morning before you get your day started!
Door County Classic and Wooden Boat Festival will be here August 4-6th! You’ll get to experience live entertainment, see classic detailed boats, try yummy food, and bonus, the kids will have tons of activities to do at this festival as well.
Guided Segway Tours is another fun activity that you and your guests can do while visiting! During this unique guided tour, you will be able to see some beautiful views and be able to explore more of Sturgeon Bay!
You are also just a short drive from von Stiehl winery, The Flying Pig Gallery, Crescent Beach, Caffe Tlazo, and Ahnapee Brewery!

The Lighthouse is a beautiful property - huge, remote, private, and some of the best views you could ask for. It was our second stay here, and it won't be our last. The Lighthouse is one of the best places I’ve stayed! Emily’s house gave us so much to do and we were never bored even with such a big group! Even the little touches like the rock painting that every resident does makes it such a cool experience! This is a great place for families or big groups of any age! The lighthouse has everything you could ask for in a large gathering place. With good weather it was the perfect spot to hang out by the water, play some yard games, and enjoy the amazing views. With bad weather it was the perfect spot to hang out in the basement playing pool, shuffleboard, and having a card tournament. There is no cellular service to speak of which led to some amazing times enjoying company and the beautiful scenery without the distraction of modern cell phones. I will definitely be returning to enjoy everything Algoma has to offer, this place will not let you down! Tyler K
