Barnwood Cabin at Maplewood Resort in Eagle River, WI, is a brand-new, three-bedroom home with modern amenities and cozy furnishings. This 1,250-square-foot Wisconsin vacation rental offers comfortable accommodations for six near the scenic Eagle River Chain of Lakes.
Barnwood features an open-concept floor plan all on one level, situated on a private, wooded lot with a level, grassy lawn. The zero-step entry opens to a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area with seating for six, and a sitting room with sofas and a wood-burning stove.
This Northwoods getaway features unique decorating touches, such as heavy beam construction, repurposed barn doors and barn wood accents — but don’t let it’s rustic look fool you! Barnwood Cabin at the lake has all the modern comforts of home and much more.
The master bedroom at Barnwood is furnished with a king-sized bed and has an attached full bath with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the third has two twin-sized beds. These share a hall bath with a combination shower and tub.
NOTE: Due to COVID-19 guidelines, blankets and quilts have been removed. Bedsheets, pillowcases and pillows are provided. You will need to bring your own towels and toiletries.
This new cabin at Maplewood Resort is chock full of upscale amenities, including a freestanding gas fireplace, satellite TV, and an attached screened porch. Keeping the space neat and relaxing is easy with a modern dishwasher and in-unit laundry. You’ll also be able to keep cool in summer with air conditioning, or cozy in winter with in-floor heat. Anything else you need? Just ask!
Guests to Barnwood Cabin have full access to all shared amenities at Maplewood Resort, as well as their own private cabin and lot. There is a campfire pit nearby for warm-weather cookouts, picnic tables, lawn furniture, grills and complimentary firewood.
On the lakeshore, an easy walk from your cabin door, you will find a private pier for docking. A rowboat, canoes, kayaks and even bicycles are available for guests free of charge. There is also our resort sand beach and swimming area nearby, as well as additional equipment for rent such as fishing boats and outboard motors, pontoons or personal watercraft.
This Eagle River resort enjoys all the year-round excitement of the Northwoods, with unlimited fishing, swimming and boating opportunities. We are also close to an extensive snowmobiling and ATV trail system.

Rental rates at Maplewood resort are based on the occupancy listed above. Additional guests will incur a fee of $20/day or $100/week.
A nonrefundable deposit of $500 (for weekly rentals) or one-night’s rent for shorter stays is required to reserve a cabin. A valid credit card must be supplied at check-in to be charged in the event of damages or additional cleaning.
During the fall, winter and spring, one night stays are accepted at a rate of $299. Stays of three nights or more are accepted at a rate of $259/night. Summer rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.
Cancellations made by the renter will result in a $100 service charge. If the cabin is able to be re-rented for the canceled dates, the remaining balance of the deposit will be applied to a new reservation with us (valid up to one year).
If winter cancellations must be made due to lack of snow on trails, your entire deposit will be credited to a new reservation with us (valid up to one year). Snow credits do not apply to high-volume holidays.
Please check in after 3:00 pm, check out by 8:30 am.
Barnwood is a no smoking unit.
Pets are permitted with prior approval during the off season.
Fireworks of any kind (including sparklers) are prohibited on resort grounds.
Maplewood Resort observes quiet hours from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.
