We enjoyed the layout of the floor plan of the house. It allowed for fun activities for all our family while allowing the baby’s or those that sleep in a quiet place. The theater room and the game room were a plus! The wide driveway allowed for pickleball/tennis and basketball games. Bernadette I.

This house was absolutely beautiful. This was the first time that I had done a rental through a vacation home, and didn't know if we would find the home in the same condition as the pictures. We had no reason to worry! We had 24 people in our group, ranging in age from 4 to 96, and this home was the perfect place for us to gather and enjoy. Lots of space for different activities, the game room was a hit, and the theater was a nice option for anyone wanting to just sit and relax with a movie. The patio and yard were well maintained and perfect for lots of different activities. We would definitely recommend this home to others! Jolene H
1st we had our whole family together, three sons and their wives and 9 grandchildren. First time in a number of years. 2nd the place was wonderful for us all. It was a beautiful and amazing view of Big lake in Phelps, Wisconsin. They have all the things a large family can house. I couldn't believe how well stock they were for all the things we need. Two docks, kayaks, life preservers, basketball hoop with two balls. The deck was outstanding, a really nice fire pit for wood and a natural gas unit on the deck. They also had two large weber grills that were hooked to natural gas making it very nice for grilling. The kids love the game room and the home theater room. The bedrooms were great and beautiful for the northern Wisconsin theme. With three dining room sets and rooms, it was great for our whole family to enjoy. The kitchen was well stocked for all our uses. They even had an additional separate refrigerator and separate freezer that we needed as well. We love it and would love to come back. James M
