Non-resort rental. This sunny and delightful vacation home is a great opportunity for visitors to spend time together on a family vacation. It is tastefully decorated with calming colors and decor. There is also a gas fireplace that will help you to feel extra comfortable and cozy, especially on cool fall or winter evenings.
Visitors have a fully equipped kitchen and should have most of the things that they need in order to prepare a good meal, just like they would at home. There is also a microwave and coffee maker, so if ramen and a K cup brew is more of your idea of a good meal, that is always an option, too. This vacation home is also great in that it has a dishwasher, so don’t worry about a long and annoying cleanup after whatever it is you make.
The vacation home sleeps up to 10 people. On the main floor, there are two bedrooms with queen beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower. Downstairs, you have more sleeping options! There are two more bedrooms down here. One contains two queen-sized beds. The other has two singles. There is also another bathroom with a shower.
Sometimes, when you’re planning a big group vacation, things happen! Maybe you have one more unexpected person added to your party after making reservations, or maybe you just think you would benefit from one more sleeping space. We do sometimes have an extra inflatable bed that we can lend you through the resort, so please reach out to us if you think that might be helpful for you!
Visitors to Eagle River, Wisconsin, can avail themselves of a variety of restaurants, wineries, and breweries in order to have a good time. The area is also, of course, known for its many outdoor recreation opportunities, and this does not vary, regardless of the season! In the spring, go hiking or biking and look for wildflowers. In summer, go swimming or fishing. In the fall, you can enjoy looking at the beautiful leaves on another hiking or biking trip. Then, in the winter, you have opportunities for snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, and more! Don’t forget to pick up supplies at The Hiker Box, and to read up on the difficulty and terrain of the trails you are interested in before you head out the door.
Visitors who want to spend time with heat and A/C should check out the public library or one of several museums in the area. There is even a children’s museum, with a variety of hands-on activities so that small kids can get immersed in learning about the area, too; they also have a souvenir shop that is great for children. Depending on when you are here, you should also look into one of our many festivals or other events, such as the building of our winter ice castle every January!

Food was great and the service was fantastic. Even though it was short staffed like many places, our server was very attentive and friendly. Nice little jewel hidden back in the woods.
