The Point House is located on a secluded lot at the end of private road with the sparkling water of Little St. Germain Lake surrounding you in three directions. Enjoy a peaceful cabin experience any time of the year. The living room, dining area and kitchen are cozy, yet spacious. The knotty pine walls and unique decor give the Point House character and charm. One bedroom has a king size bed, another has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, coffee maker and everything needed for cooking and eating. Everyone can sit together at the dining table or spread out at the snack bar or outside at the picnic table. Enjoy roasting marshmallows outside at the campfire pit or grill some steaks on the charcoal grill.
Guests love to spend time in the screened gazebo or on the open deck right along the water’s edge. A shallow, sandy swimming with afternoon sun provides hours of family recreation. This air conditioned home lets you get away from the summer heat while keeping an eye on the kids playing along the shoreline.

Things To Do
Visit us during the spring, summer, fall or winter. Each season has unique opportunities and things to do. During the summer, explore the area lakes. There are lots of water recreation opportunities around every corner. The fall consists of festivals, cranberry bog tour, fishing tournaments, hunting, hiking and biking. You won’t want to miss the vibrant fall colors. In the spring, keep your eyes open for wildlife and waterfowl migration birds.
Every winter, St. Germain is flocked with snowmobilers and skiers. Once the first blanket of snow comes, the winter adventures begin! There are hundreds of miles of groomed snowmobile trails. Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing are popular on the Awassa Trail, Madeline Lake Trail and the Fallison Lake Trail. Right next to the community center is an outdoor ice rink. Don’t forget about ice fishing!
