This beautiful little vacation home is decorated with tasteful, earthy tones and has so much to offer for guests. Perched on the edge of Maple Lake, it will allow visitors to spend many leisurely afternoons swimming or fishing in the great outdoors during their time here. Make use of the outdoor gas grills to prepare a delicious meal in the evening, or have a picnic on the wide lawn as you gaze out over the beauty of the 131-acre lake.
Inside, visitors will find that they will be in a cozy, many-windowed living and kitchen area. With light walls and blue and red accents, the vacation home gives a stylish ‘cabin in the woods’ feeling. The kitchen is equipped with the materials that you need to prepare a meal. There is also a washer and dryer, TV, and Internet within the vacation home. For entertainment within the home, visitors have access to HBO and Netflix, as well as some classic board games. There is also a Pack-N-Play for our youngest visitors.
The vacation home has two bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and one with a double. There is one bathroom.
With two kayaks and a paddle boat, you can go far out onto the water exploring during your stay at this vacation home. The lake also has a sandy bottom, making it perfect for wading out barefoot into the water with the kids. With so many opportunities for outdoor recreation located on-site, you may not even want to leave the property!
Three Lakes has so much beauty that will impress anyone who loves the great outdoors. There are a variety of trails, both for hiking and paddling (in a canoe or kayak). The Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forests offers up beauty and serenity for visitors of all ages. For winter visitors, there are also opportunities for cross-country skiing; we recommend Anvil Lake Trail for this. Snowmobiling is also an option, with nearly 200 miles of trails for this purpose for you to enjoy.
Those who are interested in golf should check out Big Stone Golf Course, for a nine-hole setup. Or, enjoy a casual game of mini golf with the family at Eagle Falls Adventure Golf & Tag. Eagle Falls also offers laser tag, a perfect option for the kids!
Despite the picturesque rural beauty of this vacation spot, there are also many opportunities for visitors to get good food and drink during their stay. Check out Black Forest Pub & Grille for some great German and American food. Or, check out Aromas Italian Restaurant as another option for excellent fare. Take the kids to Lick-A-Dee-Splitz for a cold, sweet snack. Or, head to Fika for some baked goods or a fresh cup of good quality coffee.
