The Winnebago is a comfortable cabin with a cozy Ben Franklin fireplace on Big St. Germain Lake. Beautiful lakefront view with a sandy beach area for swimming and a community fire pit for campfires. The firewood is provided for the fireplace and fire pit. You will have your own pier and right on the lake. It is a great location for enjoying all that northern Wisconsin has to offer all year round.
The cabin has a screened in porch for relaxing without the bugs. There is a full kitchen. We have cable television and a dvd player. There are ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms and living room and central air. The 3 bedrooms have 1 king, 1 queen and 2 twin beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The bathroom has a shower & plenty of hot water! Outside there is a picnic table and charcoal grill. We have lots of room for trailer parking right by your cabin.
You have access to the resort grounds and your own private pier with a bench. You can enjoy the lake with over 1600 acres and a small island with a sand bar. There are 2 other small lakes that connect to Big St. Germain that you can access. Big St. Germain is rated as a top 10 fishing lake by the DNR. There are also 3 bar/restaurants on the lake. There are miles of snowmobile, atv & bicycle trails in every direction right outside you door. There are also numerous cross country ski, snowshoeing and hiking trails in the area. Ice fishing is available right in front of your cabin.
A 14-foot aluminum boat is available to rent for $20/day or $50/week.
A 15hp motor can be added for $50/day or $150/week.
A pontoon boat with a 40hp motor is available for $175/day or $800/week.
A 16-foot deluxe fishing boat runs $125/day or $650/week.
Twin Waters Rentals also keeps canoes, paddle boats, paddle boards or kayaks, each available for $20/day or $50/week.

We really enjoyed our stay at Twin Waters Resort and would highly recommend it to my friends and family. Kelly met us when we arrived and checked us into the cabin, which was just as described. We loved sitting by the fire and watching the loons on the lake.

Comfortable cabin just steps from the lake. Beautiful view from the family room. The pier was great for fishing. Kelly was waiting for us when we arrived and available to answer any questions we had. Would definitely book again.
