Your group will love the lakeside patio, large yard & 75 ft. of lake frontage, private dock, and the beautiful recreation lake. Bring your fishing boat, or fish off the dock. A good night sleep is waiting for you too: 1 King, 1 Queen and 1 Full bed. Home sleeps 6 and does have AC.
We just finished adding a dishwasher and new flooring in the kitchen/family/dining area in Feb '19.
We've stacked this home with lots of items you don't typically find in a vacation rental. DirectTV-DVR/ Blue Ray, gas grill and charcoal grill, picnic table, hammock. There is plenty of room to park your car and trailer in the driveway. In addition to our small boat launch on the property, there are three nearby city parks that offer boat ramps to launch larger water craft for a nominal fee, one only 1/4 mile away.

Our stay at the Lake House was extremely peaceful and serene. The house and property exceeded our expectations. We launched boats, fished and cooked out right on the property. The owners of the property were especially gracious and helpful. Overall everyone in our group tremendously enjoyed our stay and we are planning on returning next year. Happy Fisherman. Magnolia, IL
After nine nights at the Lakehouse, we hated to leave! Brian and Judy-- you were so helpful and provided everything we could possibly think of and more!! Your place is beautiful inside and out--- so roomy and clean! And the location is so quiet and private. It was relaxing to just sit on the dock and enjoy the serenity. When our kids joined us on Labor Day weekend, they caught so many fish from the dock that we had a fish fry! We hope to return again soon! Thank you for your hard work in making the place so nice for others to enjoy! Rita and Vance. NW Illinois

Judy & Brian have enjoyed their personal lake house just down the road from this rental property for 14 years. They enjoy the quiet and privacy of the area and spend lots of time on the weekends fishing off the docks during the day and sitting around the fire pit in the evening.
