Sandbar Resort Home is an updated five‑bedroom retreat nestled on the shores of Chute Pond near Suring, Wisconsin. Floor‑to‑ceiling windows frame gorgeous water views while an open‑plan living/dining/kitchen area makes it easy for your group to cook, dine and relax together. The main level includes a modern chef’s kitchen with stainless‑steel appliances and island seating, a large dining table and a comfortable living room anchored by huge windows that bring in the lake and forest landscape. A set of four oversized daybeds provides extra lounging space or sleeping space for kids and teens.
Two levels of living space give everyone room to spread out. The lower walk‑out level features a second family room with a gas fireplace, television area and dining space for 10, plus direct access to the backyard and shoreline. Five private bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements: the upper level has a king bedroom and a queen bedroom, while the walk‑out level includes three additional queen bedrooms (one with a sofa) and a half bath. In total there are three bathrooms (two full and one half) so guests never have to wait.
Outside, a large grassy yard invites lawn games by day and stargazing by night. A firepit area overlooking the water is perfect for s’mores and storytelling (remember to bring your own firewood). Guests enjoy lake access for swimming and fishing, and there’s a private shoreline where you can launch your own paddle craft or tie up a small boat. A second living area on the walk‑out level—complete with gas fireplace and TV—gives larger groups room to watch movies or enjoy quiet conversation away from the main gathering space.
Thoughtful extras abound: high‑speed Starlink internet, central heating and air conditioning, smart TVs, board games and books are all provided. Two sets of washer/dryers (one on each level) make it easy to handle laundry during longer stays. Safety is also a priority, with smoke/CO detectors, fire extinguishers and a first‑aid kit on site. Outside you’ll find ample parking for multiple vehicles and trailers, a large yard for games and lounging, and a private shoreline with scenic views.
From your lakefront base you can do as much—or as little—as you wish. Spend warm days swimming off your private shoreline or fishing for bass and northern pike right from Chute Pond. Launch a canoe, kayak or paddleboard from the waterfront and explore the pond’s coves, inlets and islands. The property is located near the Chequamegon‑Nicolet National Forest, offering miles of hiking, biking and snowmobile trails. Trek to the Chute Pond overlook or discover the natural waterslide at nearby Slippery Rock. In winter, ice‑fishing, snowshoeing and cross‑country skiing transform the area into a snowy playground. Bring ATVs or snowmobiles and connect to extensive trails right from your door.
