Peak summer and holiday rates are $395 per night with a two‑night minimum stay. Shoulder season rates start at $250 per night. Rates are based on up to six guests; each additional guest is $5 per night. A two‑night minimum stay applies year‑round, and weekly‑only stays may apply in winter (December – March) to cover plowing costs. A refundable $300 security deposit hold is collected two days before arrival and released after departure. 50% of the rental amount is due at booking with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Dogs are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee (no cats); please clean up after pets. Early check‑in/late checkout and docking a boat may be available for an additional fee.
