There is a cleaning fee for Pheasant Cottage in the amount of $30. This is charged per visit.
Peak Season is May 15th - September 14th.
50% deposit and the balance due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
$100 security deposit per stay for the first dog, and an additional $50 for each additional dog.
Brian was extremely easy to work with. Great sand bottom lake and worked well for small children as the beach area was shallow and great for big kids because the lake gradually was deeper. Fishing was great! Cottages and beds are very comfortable. Will absolutely stay again! Mary Ann Koeppen

These cottages are very nice. very peaceful and you cant see or hear your other neighbors. we have had our family camping there and it is so much fun. The watercraft rentals are really nice. we will come back. Theresa Schleicher

Our four-generation family (34 of us, anyway) just spent a wonderful three-day weekend at the Cottages. They were very clean and comfortable, exceeding our expectations. We definitely appreciated the air conditioning as outdoor temps were near 90! Brian was friendly and checked in with us a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. The only downside was that cell reception was weak and WiFi was slow - but that is not unusual for secluded lakeside cabins up north. Overall, we highly recommend these cottages! Julie Haase
