50% deposit and the balance due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
$100 security deposit per stay for the first dog, and an additional $50 for each additional dog.
We were up a couple weeks and stayed in The Tall Pines Cottage for our annual 4 wheeler trip. This place is so relaxing and beautiful! Our group of 8 thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Our four-generation family (34 of us, anyway) just spent a wonderful three-day weekend at the Cottages. They were very clean and comfortable, exceeding our expectations. We definitely appreciated the air conditioning as outdoor temps were near 90! Brian was friendly and checked in with us a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. The only downside was that cell reception was weak and WiFi was slow - but that is not unusual for secluded lakeside cabins up north. Overall, we highly recommend these cottages! Julie Haase
