Your three-bedroom/two-bath lakefront vacation home has a large upstairs bedroom with two queen beds, TV, and its own private bath. The home has free Wi-Fi and cable TV hookup with 50+ channels. Downstairs is a comfortable, stylish living room with a gas fireplace where you can relax in the evening after a day of exploring the exquisite surrounding of the Dells. Besides two additional bedrooms, the two sofa sleepers in the living room offer additional space for guests, up to a maximum of 12 persons. Open up the living room’s sparkling glass patio doors and the spacious deck awaits meals with a cookout on a gas grill.
The fully equipped galley kitchen includes a refrigerator with ice maker, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, silverware, dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, and pots and pans. Towels and linens are provided, but bring your own beach towels. The resort has guest laundry facilities.

If you want to bring your own boat, you can launch it at one of the public boat launches nearby, and tie it up to the resort’s pier for free. Angling for panfish, Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike, Walleye and Catfish is popular in this lake.

If you will be arriving after 8 p.m. you must call us in advance for special check-in arrangements. A 1-night deposit is due at the time you make your reservation. Remaining balance due must be paid in full at check-in with either cash or credit card. You must present a valid credit card at check-in, even if you intend to pay with cash. All major credit cards are accepted.
Cancellations received at least 72 hours in advance of check-in, deposit will be refunded less a $30 processing fee. Cancellations received less than 72 hours in advance of scheduled check-in are not eligible for any refund. No refunds for early departure.
This is my second visit to Delton Oaks to enjoy Lake Delton and the Dells. What most people don't realize is that current owners took over from the previous owners about 3 years ago. Since then, the new owners have been continually improving the resort, to which I have seen great upgrades and improvements since my first visit.
