The historic home boasts four spacious bedrooms and a fully renovated open-concept kitchen/dining area. Enjoy our brand new Hot Tub - open year round! Gather around the exquisite Amish-made farmhouse table, where the whole family can enjoy meals together. The dining area seamlessly flows into the living room, featuring a generous sectional couch, TV, and fireplace. For relaxation and entertainment, the lounge area is ideal, complete with a cribbage game and a convertible queen futon that doubles as the fourth bedroom.
This is perfect when you need to take a breather from the rest of the group!
Each bedroom will have fresh linens, blankets, quilts, and pillows! Each of our suites also has a bathroom! The kitchenette includes a mini fridge, a microwave, and a coffee machine!
Chatham Hills House has tons of outdoor space to enjoy many hours of relaxation on the lawn chairs or simply soaking in nature. Enjoy our brand new hot tub, open year round! There is an adventure shed out back where you will find kayaks, bikes, games, grills, snowshoes, and fishing gear!
In Ephraim village, there are a variety of fun activities that you and your guests can experience together. Anything from lounging out by the lake, to fishing, or boating, the activities never stop! Check out some of the popular places that both visitors and locals are raving about!
If you want to see amazing artwork created by local artists and picturesque views, check out The Hardy Gallery. You will be able to submerge yourself in the world of art and admire the story of each art piece that the artist was trying to convey. Also, the gallery itself is situated on the shoreline of Eagle Harbor, so when you are done viewing the artwork, you and your guests can enjoy a nice stroll along the Harbor!
Island Lavender Farm Market is a place where you can not only learn about the history of growing lavender plants, but you can take home gifts and treats that are made with Lavender. They even have lavender-flavored ice crème! The lavender that they grow here is all natural without any harsh chemicals or pesticides.
Peninsula State Park Golf Course & Restaurant is another great spot to visit! There’s an 18-hole golf course overlooking gorgeous views and is directly set in the middle of the Park! And there is also yummy food at the clubhouse that serves breakfast and lunch!

We loved staying here! It was extremely clean, in the middle of all things Door County, so many rooms, and lots of outdoor activities!! Emily was great at letting us know what was expected of us upon arrival as well as before we left! We can’t thank them enough for allowing us to stay here! Brittany W
We had 17 in our group and had plenty of bedrooms where a few even got their own king sized bedroom! The living space with kitchen and dining table was perfect. Had all the amenities we needed. Loved Door Co and would recommend this place for a large group or reunion. Jan V
This is a newly remodeled large group rental facility in one of our favorite Wisconsin playgrounds - Door County. The main floor of the house was perfect for our group with a well stocked new kitchen, large table and plenty of additional seating with two TV’s plus board games and books. The “bunkhouse” is eight traditional motel rooms that have been refreshed. The large back yard has grills, a fire pit and plenty of room for outdoor games. The items in the well stocked Adventure Shed are new. Sadly we didn’t have time to enjoy all of it. Jeanette G
