4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Executive Home with 3 Levels and a Bar Room downstairs. On the East bay of Little St. Germain Lake, this lovely home gives you plenty of fun and relaxation for your visit to this beautiful area.
The view to the lake from the living room has often been referred to as a “Million Dollar View” by many visitors. It’s a great place to gather in the morning to have coffee and plan the days’ activities while taking in the smell of the outdoors with large patio doors. If you’re lucky, the deer will even walk by the lakeside on their way out for the day.
The home features 3 fully remodeled bedrooms on the main floor with a queen bed in 2 rooms and a twin over full bunk bed in the 3rd room. The upstairs features a king bed along with a queen. The home has a full bathroom on all 3 floors so there is plenty of room for everyone to get ready after a busy day hanging out on the lake.
The basement features a large gathering area with a 55” TV with surround sound, dart board, shuffleboard and games to keep the kids entertained. This area also has a sleeper sofa and futon bed for additional sleeping options. While the kids are enjoying their time, the adults have an adjoining area with a wet bar along with a TV and pub table to sit around and tell stories. From this area you can walk out to the concrete patio that overlooks the lake, to catch that last ray of sun at the end of the day.

Keep your eyes open for wildlife around the property or if you are on a hiking path! Whether you visit during the spring, summer or fall, explore the variety of hiking or biking trials in the area. We recommend checking out the Northwoods Zip Line Tours and the Northwoods Children’s Museum. At Cathy’s Ice Cream n’ Candy Shoppe, enjoy a tasty treat. Relax and enjoy a massage at Naomi Yoga & Massage (they offer aerial yoga, hot yoga, SUP yoga, hot stones, and deep tissue massages).
There are bass boats, pontoon boats and other motor rentals available at Hiller’s Pine Haven. St. Germain offers a variety of fishing experiences from guided services-to fishing with your family on the pontoon-to a quiet day by yourself on a fishing boat. There are perch, bass, musky, northern pike, etc. Golfing opportunities can be found at St. Germain Golf Club or the 19th Hole Par 3.
