Everett Point Retreat is a four-bedroom, two-bathroom house. The interior of the house is wood, with 1698 square feet of living space. We wanted to give off a rustic, cabin like style but still keep it modern. Our retreat is ideally set up to serve larger groups. Which will be perfect for family reunions and holidays! It even comes with a little Christmas tree during the holiday. There is a no pet policy, so all furry friends will have to sit this trip out. This house is perfect for all seasons weather it’s Autumn, Winter, Spring or Summer!
This ten-people home is right near Catfish and Cranberry Lake. With a driveway that has plenty of space to park multiple cars on. The kitchen comes with a coffee maker, microwave, toaster and utensils. The countertop has all the room that you could think of, it’s particularly great for serving out meals buffet style. The dining room table is big enough to have your entire group sit together while enjoying meals too.
The living room is open and is a nice size to entertain and we also have a flat screen tv too. On the main level, you will find 4 queen sized beds and on the lower level you will see the twin-sized top bunk and the full-sized bottom bunk. We also have a game/tv room on the lower level as well.
Unique Features
Everett Point Retreat in Eagle River Wisconsin has a luxurious backyard with plenty of space for the kids to run out and play. The screened porch will provide specular views of the open wilderness and lake. There is also a fireplace in the living room, perfect for snuggling up together. Out back a fire pit sits, ready for you to enjoy s'mores and a beautiful starry night. Enjoy the spacious party dock as well!
Things To Do
There are tons of fun things to do in the area and while you stay at our property. Our home is right near 10 connected lakes! Which is perfect for exploring, paddle boarding, fishing, canoeing and or swimming. Also, if you come during the winter months you can enjoy all of the winter activities that Eagle River has to offer like sledding, skiing, snowboarding, ice skating and more!
Eagle Rover has a lot of nature trails to check out and tons of hiking trails to explore too. You will be able to take plenty of awesome selfies along the way too.
This home is great for family reunions and other exciting events! Our property is near all of your essentials, an ATM, groceries, convenience stores, an internet café and post office.
We are also located near plenty of neat restaurants such as the Marina Bar! The attractions that are nearby as well are so much fun to enjoy too. Stop by the Northwoods Escape Room, Pirates Hideaway LLC, Northwoods Zip Line Adventure Tours and The Warehouse Art Center for a day of never-ending fun!
