To reserve Otter Cove, send an inquiry. We will send a rental agreement and invoice. A 50% deposit is due at booking, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. We accept major credit cards. Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival receive a refund minus a $50 processing fee.
