Welcome to Pershing Paradise on Devils Lake, my family’s spacious four‑bedroom, three‑and‑a‑half‑bath lake home near Webster. Two king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, a bunk room with three twin‑over‑full bunks and a futon in the lower‑level family room mean there’s plenty of space to spread out. The fully equipped kitchen, large dining area and cozy living room with stone fireplace invite you to gather with loved ones in comfort.
Step outside to your own private sandy beach on Devils Lake. During the summer I include a pontoon boat, swim raft, lily pad, kayaks and paddleboards, so you can enjoy endless fun on the water. The upper deck and lower‑level patio are perfect for grilling, sunbathing and watching the kids at the beach. After a day of adventure, unwind around the lakeside fire pit under the stars.
This cabin is ready for all seasons, with central air conditioning for hot summer days and forced‑air heat plus a stone fireplace for chilly fall and winter nights. Whether you’re planning a warm‑weather getaway or a winter retreat, Pershing Paradise provides the amenities and atmosphere to make lasting memories.
Unique Features
Inside, my lake home offers unbeatable space and comfort with two king suites, a queen bedroom and a fun bunk room for kids, plus 3½ bathrooms. The open‑plan main level features a fully stocked kitchen, dining room and living area with large windows overlooking the lake. Central A/C, a cozy stone fireplace, smart TVs and high‑speed Wi‑Fi ensure you’re comfortable year‑round. The walkout lower level has another living area and access to the patio and beach, giving your family room to spread out and relax.
Outside, you’ll find a private waterfront playground. Enjoy the sandy beach, jump from the swim raft, lounge on the lily pad or take the pontoon boat out for a sunset cruise. You can also paddle kayaks and paddleboards or fish off the dock. There’s an outdoor fire pit with seating, a built‑in grill and mini‑fridge on the patio, and a wraparound deck with spectacular views. With acres of wooded privacy and direct access to the boat landing, it’s a true Up North escape.
Things To Do
You won’t run out of things to do at the cabin: swim, sunbathe, fish for bass and panfish or take the pontoon out for a leisurely cruise. Paddle my kayaks or stand‑up paddleboards across the quiet water, or lounge on the lily pad and swim raft just off the beach. When the sun sets, gather around the lakeside fire pit for s’mores and stories.
For land‑based fun, the area offers miles of trails for hiking and biking. There are ATV and UTV trails accessible from the property and the famous Gandy Dancer Snowmobile Trail nearby for winter adventure. Bring your cross‑country skis or snowshoes for a peaceful trek through the woods, or try your hand at ice fishing when the lake freezes over.
Head into Webster for a treat at our local drive‑in, a cup of coffee or a scoop of homemade ice cream. Explore unique shops and the farmers market, then visit Burnett Dairy for famous cheese or Forts Folle Avoine Historical Park for a journey back in time. If you’re up for a day trip, plan an excursion to Hayward or Spooner for even more dining, shopping and family‑friendly entertainment.

Spring and fall rates: $450/night, 3-night minimum or $3,150/week. Summer (Memorial Day–Labor Day): $750/night or $5,250/week with weekly preference. Rates include use of our pontoon, swim raft, lily pad float, kayaks and paddleboards. 5.5% sales tax and a $250 cleaning fee apply. A $500 refundable security deposit holds your dates. Payment accepted by check or Venmo; we do not accept credit cards.
