An additional guest fee applies over 12 guests. A deposit is due at booking, with the balance due before arrival. Direct bookings are handled by inquiry request followed by reservation confirmation. A security deposit may be required for larger groups. Cancellation policy: deposit is refundable minus a service fee when canceled 45 or more days before arrival; no refund within 45 days.
