The Loon Lodge is a brand-new water front 2 story, 3-bedroom, four season home. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs and features 2 full bathrooms. This is a high-end executive style home located 8 feet from the lake with an unobstructed view to beautiful North Twin Lake. The home will sleep up to 10 guests, all in beds. This home was hand built in 2018 with many custom, one of a kind pieces of art and amenities. Some of the amenities include: fully set up kitchen with all items one would need, including dishwasher, microwave, and a 28 cubic foot refrigerator with water & ice dispenser in door, a Keurig coffee maker, washer & dryer on the main floor, gorgeous granite countertops in the kitchen & bathrooms, custom handmade bathroom vanities, in floor radiant heat, gas forced heat and air condition, gas fireplace, 50” TV with surround sound, blue ray DVD player and outside speakers. Also: A pub table with 4 swivel high back chairs is located on the lake side stamped concrete patio, which offers a gorgeous view of North Twin Lake and the magnificent sunsets.
The Loon Lodge features many one of a kind wood carvings. A hand carved mantel, a hand carved 3’ X 8’ “Musky in the weeds” wall hanging and a corner hand carved Racoon tree carving. You will also enjoy a very unique 4’ long birch log wilderness scene all hand carved and painted for your viewing pleasure. All the interior doors are custom, handmade with individual specific raised panel scenes. Each individual bedroom door panel is hand craved and painted with separate scenes and the interior bedroom décor matches the scenes on the doors. Our Bear bedroom has one queen bed. The Moose bedroom has a queen bed and single bunk beds. The Deer bedroom features 2 queen beds. The stairs are also handmade out of solid maple with an inlaid walnut nose on each step. These steps are enhanced with a motion sensor, when triggered, lights up alternating blue & white light under each step. These features are designed not only for the ambiance but also for your safety.
The Loon Lodge is equipped with brand new powered reclining sofas and love seats along with a 4 seated pub table and a beautiful Elm wood table with 6 high back chairs. We will only rent this uniquely beautiful home to guests who take exceptional care of our home, property and its furnishing. The Loon Lodge rents for $2190. week or $399.00 a day, based on a 4-guest occupancy.

Things To Do

Short walking distance to gas, bait & convenience store. Restaurants within 1/2 mile from your doorsteps. Take a boat ride across the lake to the west side of North Twin and dock your boat to check out Dublin's Irish Sports Bar. They have 17 different beers on tap and a menu of food and appetizers. You could also dock your boat Grape's Twin Haven and enjoy some cocktails and fine dining while overlooking scenic North Twin Lake. North & South Twin provide some excellent Walleye, Musky, Bass & Perch fishing. Swimming is available from our shore line as the lake gradually gets deeper. Downtown Phelps has an Ice Cream & Candy store. Enjoy golfing at our near by golf courses. Eagle River and Land of Lakes is only a 15 minute drive. Where you can visit many north wood's themed stores. Check out the candy stores in Eagle River where you can watch them making fresh fudge.
