Perch Inn is our brand new, year-round two bedroom home built in 2022, Nestled approximately 150' feet from the water's edge. This beautiful home features many amenities such as a fully furnished kitchen including a dish washer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker along with a regular coffee maker and a large 28 cubic foot refrigerator with water & ice in the door. Other kitchen enhancements include custom hand-built hickory cabinets and an awesome granite countertop. The kitchen also includes a large island with 4 swivel high back chairs. The spacious living and dining rooms offer open concept with powered reclining sofa, love seat, and chair along with a large gas fire place. For your entertainment we have included a 50" flat screen TV with surround sound, streaming capabilities and a Blu-Ray DVD player. In our spacious bedrooms, one bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and single bunk beds. We have 1 1/2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer. For your outdoor pleasure we provide you with a 50-inch pub table and 4 very sturdy swivel high back chairs and a custom stamped concrete patio. Also provided is a fire pit with plenty of free firewood. We are confident you will be very happy with our stay at our new Perch Inn.

We also have a screened in fish cleaning house with running water & electricity. A campfire area with free firewood is set up behind the cabin. Things To Do
Short walking distance to gas, bait & convenience store. Restaurants within 1/2 mile from your doorsteps. Take a boat ride across the lake to the west side of North Twin and dock your boat to check out Dublin's Irish Sports Bar. They have 17 different beers on tap and a menu of food and appetizers. You could also dock your boat Grape's Twin Haven and enjoy some coattails and fine dining while overlooking scenic North Twin Lake. North & South Twin provide some excellent Walleye, Musky, Bass & Perch fishing. Swimming is available from our shore line as the lake gradually gets deeper. Downtown Phelps has an Ice Cream & Candy store. Enjoy golfing at our near by golf courses. Eagle River and Land of Lakes is only a 15 minute drive. Where you can visit many north wood's themed stores. Check out the candy stores in Eagle River where you can watch them making fresh fudge.

North Twin Lake offers 2880 acres of water, and South Twin Lake offers an additional 780 acres. North Twin and South Twin are both excellent muskie, walleye and perch fishing lakes and the ice fishing is fantastic! A modern, screened-in fish cleaning house is available. It is equipped with lights, electricity and running water.
Use of all facilities is limited to paying guests only for insurance purposes. To ensure the enjoyment of all guests and to prevent overcrowding, guests may not have visitors without prior notification and approval by management.
