These two cozy log cabins (Bayview North and Bayview South) are connected by a patio deck and will give visitors a feeling of going back in time, but still with all of the amenities that a modern vacation home should have! The cabins include access to a large stone wood-burning stove that connects to a fieldstone chimney. The rustic atmosphere also pervades in the openness of the space, with a wooden staircase leading up to an attic space that is also one of the bedrooms.
The kitchen area includes a fridge and freezer combination, as well as a stove and oven setup. There is also a seating area and, perhaps most importantly, a coffee maker! Make yourself a cup in the morning and take it out with you as you walk to the lake that is only a short distance from the cabins. Perhaps the best part? The cabins are a little ways away from the rest of the resort, so you and your loved ones can rent the two together and ensure full privacy.
Downstairs, visitors have access to a queen-sized bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower and tub. Upstairs, there are three single beds together, along with a half bath. The cabin is the perfect place for a big family vacation!

The utility of having these cabins connected cannot be understated. For two families (or two sides of one family) who want to enjoy a trip together but also need their own space, it is a perfect and unique opportunity. You can head out on the porch and enjoy coffee together in the morning while still having your own evening routines or getting some quiet after a long day of adventuring.
Things To Do
Visitors of all ages to Eagle River will find that there are a wide variety of ways in which they can spend and enjoy their time. Hiking and biking trails range from easy, flat meanderings that even the youngest hikers can enjoy to challenging all day hikes that the most adventurous members of your party may want to split off on their own for a bit and try.
Depending on what time of the year you are choosing to come and stay with us, there may also be seasonal events that are specific to the area and that you won’t want to miss out on! Events have included a SepTimber bike ride for participants 21 and over, in which they can stop to sample some of the best wine and brews.
There’s also a Cranberry Fest in the fall, in which the delicious berries are harvested and celebrated. And, don’t forget about the Pond Hockey Championships in the winter!
For meals, we recommend Leif’s Cafe for a hearty, diner-type experience that offers a variety of kid-friendly foods. Or, head to Eagle River Roasters Coffee House to pick up some caffeine for the day. You can also go shopping for souvenirs or practical necessities at one of our many shops, galleries, and stores.
