Nightly rates at Bluewater Memories $350 per night, with a three-night minimum stay during the off season.
During peak season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), Bluewater Memories rents on a weekly-a basis. Weekly rentals run Friday to Friday.
Sales tax of 9.5 percent will be added to all rental rates, along with a $79.13 booking fee (includes tax).
A $150 cleaning fee to be added to all rentals.
A refundable damage deposit of half the rent is required on the day of arrival.
