Nightly rates at Cabin in the Woods $500 per night, with a three-night minimum stay during the off season.
During peak season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), Cabin in the Woods rents on a weekly-only basis. Weekly rentals run Saturday to Saturday.
Sales tax of 9.5 percent will be added to all rental rates, along with a $79.13 booking fee (includes tax).
A $200 cleaning fee is added to all rentals.
A refundable damage deposit of half the rent is required on the day of arrival.
