Nightly rates at Moe's Dream $250 per night, with a three-night minimum stay during the off season.
During peak season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), Moe's Dream rents on a weekly-only basis. Weekly rentals run Saturday to Saturday.
Sales tax of 9I5 percent will be added to all rental rates, along with a $79.13 booking fee (includes tax).
A $100 cleaning fee to be added to all rentals.
A refundable damage deposit of half the rent is required on the day of arrival.
